CLUB CYCLO DU PAYS D’ARNAY (cycling club)

The cycling club is an association that spreads awareness for biking in cyclotourism events (affiliated with the French cyclotourism federation Fédération Française Cyclo Tourisme).

Outings: Sunday mornings and holidays – The times depend on the season.

Two trails with the first part of each done jointly in order to bike together.
Trails on small paths to enjoy peace, beautiful scenery, sites…
Returns around 12.00.

Departs: Arnay market car park, near the post office.

Some cyclists (pensioners) may go on rides one afternoon during the week: Thursdays in recent years.
During the season

During the season

    – Cyclotourism excursions and recreational rides organised by FFCT clubs;
– Outings organised by the club in other regions over 2, 3 or more days (Alps, Massif Central, Jura, Vosges, etc.);
– Cyclosportive events.

Annual Recreational Ride

    – Balade Arnétoise on 1st May (always this date), FFCT affiliated recreational ride, open to all, licenced and non-licenced cyclists.
Different 30, 50, 70, 90 km routes are offered with the sites changing each year to allow people from outside the region (Dijon, Beaune… and other departments) to discover the Morvan, the Auxois, the region’s vineyards, etc. on short bucolic trails.
